04/09/02 - Update - LordEmperorGobbles
In case anyone does check this site or wants to in the future be assured that the project is not dead. The cruiser hull is close to being done. Basically I have the entire center done (Take a square about the size of the prow, and that is the center column, all the way back to the engines). I have a a midterm This week and only 6 more weeks of this. When the 6 weeks is up I can actually devote time to this and you will see chaos comin and then that is only a hop, skip, and a jump away from the titanic battles that you are all waitin fer. basically it is the very top, bottom, and those wings left.
I have recently gotten the game Inquisitor and it kicks! No I won't make any Inquisitor vids cuz people aren't my style in 3D (I hate curves).
I am gonna get on gimpy's ass as well as some other morons cuz I want some other ships to come out when the imperial fleet does, (I expect the hull done sunday and the rest done the following week). If anyone wants a shot of a specific squad of a type of ship, a certine organization for themselves E-mail me or post in the pitiful forums and I will make it fer ya.
Let's see, that is about it for now. I am gonna try to get this more noticed once I have some cruisers out here, maybe people will come to see a imperial fleet. (Oh and the cruiser IS gonna be less poly's than the escort, I guess I am gettin better with this program =D).
03/18/02 - Forums, a post, and something interesting. - LordEmperorGobbles
What? Do we have space marines? Nope, still just the basic prow of a strike cruiser. What? Do we have the Imperials? Nope, sorry guys. Lotsa stuff doin and I haven't had that much time. I have made the front 1/2 (finishing touches on the prow now) and I should, SHOULD have the cruisers by the end of the month. Not promisin anything though (I mean no one looks at the site and we aren't getting payed, come on!).
In other news GW hasn't mailed me back, it has been about 2 weeks and I decided to post in the Warhammer 40K universe boards at www.games-workshop.com . Maybe I will get some attention there.
And lastly I just put up the forums (look to the right). Go and post something or, I dunno. I am tryin to get them to look cool but apparently bravenet.com hates me...... Well that is all and may the light of the emperor shine bright!

Well Today I did some stuff. How are the progress on the cruisers going? Well If I posted a render it would be of a grey box.... Okay I haven't been working on it! I have made sheilds, check the render. I think that looks sweet, now how do I animate that biatch? =D . Also I have E-mail Games Workshop on this site and we all await to see what they say...... Also I have added the legal stuff (see the bottom of the page) today. Well Happy Hunting and may the emperor be with you!
P.S. on another note the counter is down (the little X next to this post). Some security bullshit. Well this site IS free, and I guess begger's can't be choosers. Or maybe in this digital age they actually can be.... Whatever!

03/01/02 The start of the imperial navy. - LordEmperorGobbles
Ok I doubt anyone checks here on a regular basis but in case you do then you can know this. I am starting on the curiser hull. This is a very LARGE, and COMPLICATED project. this is gonna take some time but when I am done there should be a sizable fleet appearing on this page. I will keep you posted. Oh and in other news GIMPY HAS MADE A PROW! Astounding as it is he has gotten off his lazy ass and made some shit! Bobbyoto, head of ordinance has of yet to make anything on a count of him and still lacking a basic knowledge of the program. When gimpy finishes a part or bobby does I will post it.

Lot's today kiddies. Now I have finished off the launch bays. Nothing spectacualr because they are designed to LAUNCH fighters/bombers/assault boats(boarding craft). All i need now is a capitol ship to glue these on (who can't see the cruisers coming?) and ordinance for them to launch. On that note Bobbyoto, on of my friends has volunteered to be the head of the ordinance department. Let's see if he can't get some shit cranked out before gimpy. DO SOMETHING GIMPY! A prow maybe?!
Also upon request of some people I have put up a page on the site that is devoted to pictures of the game we are making these models after. More pictures there to come. We don't have much there and what we have now is pretty crappy but it is all you are getting till later so live with it! Mwhahahah!

02/26/02 Inspiration page up! - LordEmperorGobbles
The page on the left labeled inspiration has been put up. Now if you go there you find all sorts (ok 4!) of diffrent pictures. These are "Artistic Renditions" (drawings) of the ships. Now Of course we can't get THAT detailed but we wish we could! That is what the ship woudl Idealy look like. Now on the other hand the models are what we are basing the modelles in 3D off of. Well anyway if anyone has a problem with me posting those pictures just E-mail me and I will get them down ASAP (I mean come on, don't blow a fuse, just look at the counter. Not many people come here). Oh and in other news I have put a nifty counter over to the right! Enjoy!
2/25/02 The Imperial Weapons Battery completed!! - LordEmperorGobbles
Well I have worked for about 3 hrs and come up with this model of the Imperial Weapons Batterys. They have a self-contained recoil system which should make for some cool vids and a lot of extra details. I thought the model was lacking so I added some. Also the Square batteries looked kinda small so I upgraded them to huge rectangualar batteries! Looks cooler in my opinion! Well I am running low on soda so I shall let the pics speak. Still not even a prow from gimpy (maybe if I bug him enough we will get something =D).
